Changing an appointment

Please tell us a day ahead if you need to change a visit, so we can offer the time to someone else. A late change may carry a fee, and we will tell you when you book.

Clean needles and a clean room

Needles are sterile and single-use. Pushpa opens each one in front of you and discards it in a sharps container. Stones, rollers and tools are cleaned between clients, and towels are laundered after every visit.

Skin-care products

Astrid tells you what goes on your skin before it goes on, and keeps a list of ingredients at the front desk. Tell us about allergies when you book, and we will do a small patch test first when it helps.

Access

Our suite is on the ground floor with a step-free entrance, a wide treatment room and an accessible restroom. Tell us what would make your visit easier, and we will arrange it.

Privacy

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Please don't send medical details through the contact form. Tell us in person, where we can explain what we do with them.
